The British International School of Cracow (BISC) is an independent school which was founded in order to provide a top quality education for the growing international community of Cracow, based upon the English National Curriculum. The BISC opened on 1st September 1995 and now educates almost 100 pupils between the ages of 3 and 19 from all corners of the globe. The staff also reflects the international flavour of the school, with teachers recruited from Britain, America, France, South Africa and Poland.
BISC is accredited by three English Examining Boards: London University (Edexel), Cambridge University, and AQA, entitling students to sit IGCSE, AS and A level examinations on the school premises. BISC is also a member of ECIS (European Council of International Schools).
